Who I am

Hi, I'm Ale. And I've been exactly where you are.

I didn’t come to this work from a textbook. I came to it the same way most of you did — through my very own chaos.

I was the person who understood wellness but couldn’t seem to live it. Who knew all the right things and still felt disconnected from my own body. Who had done the work, read the books, and still felt like something essential was missing.

What changed everything wasn’t finding one more piece of advice. It was finally understanding the whole system — how your brain, your breath, your body, and what you put in it are all talking to each other, all the time.

When those pieces finally clicked for me, everything shifted.

Not overnight. Not perfectly. But genuinely.

That’s what I built Ale’s Health around. Not a program or a product — a complete picture of how human beings actually work — and the practical tools to help you live inside that picture.

I’m a Certified Natural Health Practitioner and a Certified Breathwork Facilitator. But more than that? I’m someone who has felt exactly what you’re feeling — and found a way through it that actually sticks.
